　　5) The coating machine control cabinet and dry box shell must be reliable.

　　2. Power process

　　1) Combine the power switch and the power switch on the control cabinet.

　　2) Set the initial value (generally 180 ~ 280) and the frequency frequency (usually 20 ~ 50) on the tension controller.

　　3) Set the coating working method and related parameters (coating speed, section length, gap length, roller speed ratio, etc.), and then connect the compressed air (adjust the pressure control box regulating valve between);

　　4) Start the dry fan and dry temperature controller.

　　5) Connect the power supply of automatic correction and tension controller.

　　6) The temperature of each section of the device has reached the temperature requirements of the process;

　　3. Shipping program

　　1) It is confirmed that the coating pole has been wrapped, and then stops.

　　2) Turn off the power supply of the device, and when the temperature of each section drops to less than 60 degrees Celsius, stop the dryer and other fan;

　　3) Stop compressed air.

　　4) Disgle the power on the correction cabinet and the control cabinet.
