  The cell of lithium battery is generally divided into two types: ternary lithium and Lithium iron phosphate. Due to different cell materials, the cost and price will be different. We say that there are also good and bad battery cells, and different quality battery cells directly affect the performance of the battery. There are both domestic and imported battery cells. The battery cells on the market are divided into A, B, and C products, and each product uses a corresponding battery cell based on its function and needs. So what are the battery cells of lithium batteries A, B, and C? Let's get to know these classified battery cells together.

  Product A battery cell:

  Generally, factories that use battery cells place orders directly with the battery cell factory. The battery cell factory arranges production based on the factory's own production and technical capabilities, undergoes a series of battery cell manufacturing processes, and ultimately produces batteries that are delivered to customers. Before placing an order, the battery production factory usually communicates parameters such as battery capacity, thickness, length, and width. So the battery made entirely according to the standard of the order is called product A.

  Product B battery cell:

  Any factory that produces products will inevitably have a defect rate. So this defect rate determines the vitality of a factory. In the lithium battery industry, there is not a significant difference between first line and third line lithium battery factories solely based on technology, ingredients, etc. However, in the production process and manufacturing process, the difference in defect rates generated is significant. First line manufacturers can achieve around 2%, while second and third line manufacturers may achieve 5-10%. It is precisely because of this defect rate that B product is created. In fact, the B product only has a slight difference in capacity, or the length, width, and thickness do not meet the order requirements, but the performance is definitely not discounted, but the price is cheaper than the A product. Therefore, there are many manufacturers, and sometimes the B product is directly shipped, but the capacity is slightly lower. In addition, Product A is generally stored in the warehouse and if it has not been shipped for 3-6 months, it is also known as Product B, which is just a colloquial term.

  C-type battery cell:

  Specifically, if the B-type battery cell is stored in the warehouse for more than 8 months and still not shipped, it can be called C-type. C-type battery cells are most likely to expand due to long-term storage, self discharge, dust, and moisture aging. Sometimes the bulge is generated during charging, and there are also leaks and short circuits. The C type battery cell is generally only about 50-60 times that of the A type battery cell of the same model, and good ones can reach 70%. The safety of the C-type battery cell is poor, and in addition, the C-type battery cell is not durable. After several cycles of charging, the performance greatly decreases. Many friends have feelings when buying mobile phone batteries. When they just bought the battery, they felt that the battery life was good, but after using it for a month, they found that it didn't work. This is basically using C-grade batteries.
