  1. How can we design lithium-ion batteries to meet the needs of customers? Now Tuopai will take you to know, because before the battery design, you must first understand the requirements of the object on the battery performance indicators and service conditions in detail, which generally include the following aspects: the working voltage of the battery and the required voltage accuracy; Working current of battery, i.e. normal discharge current and peak current; Working time of battery, including continuous discharge time, service life or cycle life; The working environment of the battery, including its working state and ambient temperature; The maximum allowable volume and weight of the battery. Taking the production of square lithium-ion battery as an example, the design requirements of AA type lithium-ion battery assembled with battery materials are explained and determined: the ohmic internal resistance of the battery in the discharge state is not greater than 40; The discharge of battery 1C depends on different cathode materials. For example, the specific capacity of LiCoO2 is not less than 135mahg; The 2C discharge capacity of the battery shall not be less than 96% of the 1C discharge capacity; In the first 30 1C charging and discharging cycle, the capacity above 3.6V shall not be less than 80% of the total battery capacity; During the first 100 1C charging and discharging cycle, the average capacity attenuation of the battery each time shall not be greater than 0.06%; When the battery is charged, it will not explode in an electric furnace at 135 ℃.

  2. The battery is assembled according to the structural design and assembly process of AA type lithium ion battery. Through experimental testing, if the results meet the above requirements, it shows that the structural design is reasonable and the assembly process is perfect. When studying the performance of batteries with different positive materials, the batteries can be assembled according to this structure design and process; If the results do not meet the above requirements, it indicates that the structural design is unreasonable or the process is imperfect. Repeat the optimization until the experimental results meet the above requirements. Lithium ion batteries are increasingly used in various fields, especially in some special occasions and equipment, due to their excellent performance.

  3. Therefore, sometimes there are some special requirements for battery design, such as vibration, collision, heavy object collision, thermal shock, overcharge, short circuit, etc. At the same time, we must also consider: the source of electrode materials; Battery performance; Factors affecting battery characteristics; Battery process; Economic indicators; Environmental issues and other factors. When the lithium-ion battery is charged to 4.2V, it can automatically switch from constant current charging mode to constant voltage charging mode to prevent the battery from overcharging. The lithium-ion battery charger circuit is composed of power input conversion circuit, constant current charging circuit, constant voltage charging circuit, working state indication circuit and battery voltage detection control circuit.
