2) Balanced management: It is divided into two types: active equilibrium and passive equilibrium. The large capacity products should be preferred to choose active equilibrium.
3) Calculation SOC: Combined with the battery discharge curve, load voltage and current, dynamically estimate the SOC through the current points; the power battery should be controlled within 10%; the energy storage battery should be controlled within 5%error;
4) Alarm reminder: Display the various information (voltage, current, temperature, SOC, charging state, charging failure, etc.) of the battery pack, which can be transmitted to the upper machine through communication; The device issues alarm prompt to the user, and the specific faulty type is displayed on the display at the same time; it can also be adjusted according to the customer's requirements and the actual situation of the project.
5) Power detection: Generally, the operation of the working conditions must be uploaded to the upper machine for analysis.
6) Voltage detection: By amplifying the voltage of the series, the real -time detection of each single voltage is achieved, the voltage detection range is 0 ~ 5V, and the detection accuracy: ± 5mv.
7) SOC & SOH status detection: According to the various performance indicators detected, the health status of the battery can be analyzed.
8) Display system: Can display voltage, current, temperature, SOC, charging status, charging failure, etc.
9) Communication function: Design communication types and functions according to customer requirements: RS485, RS232, UART, I2C and Can.
10) Power leakage detection;
