Especially in the past ten years, organic solar batteries have gone through the development of leaps. Its performance can be comparable to commercialized inorganic silicon batteries, inspiring scientists to continue to approach it like the crown of high places.
However, there is still a distance from the commercialization of the real organic solar cell, and there are still some problems to be overcome -for example, many organic materials are not so stable under the irradiation of sunlight. And the large -scale production process has not yet matured.
