What are the precautions for using 48V lithium battery?

  (1) When you use batteries, you will use less than 5% to start charging. In fact, this is not correct. The concept of recharging after complete discharge is incorrect. The greater the discharge depth, the more times the electric vehicle is used due to power loss, and the shorter the service life of the 48V lithium-ion battery. It is prohibited to idle and store for a long time in case of power failure. 48V lithium ion battery shall not be used for a long time and shall not be charged. In this way, the battery will be sulfated and its capacity will be greatly reduced.

  (2) If the lamp does not light up after 10 hours of continuous charging, stop charging immediately and check whether the lithium ion battery temperature is hot. If the weather is hot, it should be sent for repair as soon as possible. If it cannot be repaired immediately, the total charging time should not exceed 8 hours, otherwise the battery will be damaged due to expansion and deformation. Yadi electric vehicle can prevent 48V lithium-ion battery from overcharging under high temperature. In high temperature environment, the charging reaction is fast, so try not to charge in high temperature environment such as direct sunlight.

  (3) When the 48V lithium ion battery is idle, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent high temperature and humidity. Try to avoid riding in rainy days. Even if you ride, you should also take good care to prevent water from entering the lithium-ion battery. Do not knock, stab, step on, modify or sunburn the battery, and do not put the battery in microwave, high-voltage and other environments.
