Compared to previous batteries, which often had a platform of 3.7V, high voltage batteries had a platform of 3.8V. Although it only increased by 0.1, the energy capacity of the battery increased by 10%.

  The main technology of high voltage lies in the use of specific cathode materials and conductive carbon materials with three-dimensional spatial conductive networks, and the addition of a small amount of wetting agent, lithium salt stabilizer, anode film forming additive, and cathode film forming protective agent to the electrolyte, enabling lithium-ion batteries to operate at higher cut-off voltages.

  As the energy density gradually increases, the safety of lithium batteries is required to be higher due to the instantaneous increase in energy burst per unit space. Main technology: 1. Using a ceramic diaphragm, the ceramic material layer coated on the porous membrane substrate can improve the heat resistance of the diaphragm, while the adhesive polymer adhesive layer coated on the ceramic material layer can prevent internal short circuits caused by interlayer misalignment between the diaphragm and the electrode, enhancing the safety performance of the battery. 2. Using new electrolytes, positive electrode materials, additives, material systems, and other methods to improve battery safety.
