  In daily life, each of us use lithium battery products every day, such as mobile phones, laptops, 12V lithium batteries, and this rechargeable battery is all used for battery charging. What is the lithium element in the lithium battery? How to calculate the lithium content?

  In addition, it is likely that many people do not know a requirement of the China Civil Aviation Administration about lithium transmission. According to the relevant requirements in the "Specification of Aviation Lithium Battery":

  1. When the lithium battery in a mechanical equipment or machinery is transported as a suitcase, the volume of lithium metal composite materials or lithium aluminum alloy profiles cannot exceed 2 grams.

  2. The rated mechanical energy of lithium battery can exceed 100WH.

  3. For large, medium -sized and small and medium -sized lithium batteries with a rated mechanical energy of more than 100Wh or less than 160Wh, the consignor must allow the shipper to load the car, but the total weight cannot exceed 2 pieces.

  4. Machinery and equipment with lithium batteries can be placed in the suitcase to consign their luggage, and they can also be placed in a portable suitcase, leaving only one portable.

  Calculation method of 12V lithium battery lithium content:

  If the current (MAH) is marked on the lithium battery, the current volume is multiplied by 1000, and the net weight of the rechargeable battery can be calculated. For example, the current volume of the rechargeable battery is 5000mAh, the lithium composition is 5000mAh/1000X = grams, and the lithium element is lower than 3G, which is in line with the detection standard.

  Calculation method of allowing motion:

  (1) If you already know the operating voltage (V) and the allowable volume (AH) of the rechargeable battery, the rated mechanical energy can be calculated according to the rated mechanical energy of the evaluation. For example, the rated value of the 12V20AH lithium battery is 12 × 20 = 240; in general, the rated current and the tolerance of the tolerant tolerance are identified in the rechargeable battery.

  (2) If only the information MAH (Miahuma) is displayed on the 12V lithium battery, then the Ampere Bell (AH) can be calculated with a label value to 1000. For example, when the lithium battery is called 3000 mAh, the rated value is: 3000mAh/1000 = 2AH, × 2AH = 11.1Wh.
