Therefore, from this perspective, lithium batteries are more cost-effective. From the perspective of service life, the number of charging and discharging cycles of lithium battery is about 1000, among which the number of charging and discharging cycles of lithium iron phosphate battery can reach about 2000. The service life of lead-acid battery is short, and the number of full discharge cycles is about 300~350. Therefore, in terms of service life, lithium batteries are also longer than lead-acid batteries. Conclusion: It is precisely because lithium batteries have more advantages in energy density and service life that new energy vehicles use lithium batteries with higher cost performance ratio. At present, in addition to using ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries, many automobile manufacturers and battery manufacturers have begun to research solid state lithium batteries. It is believed that with the development of technology, this kind of battery will also be used in automobiles.
