High rate battery is also called high rate battery, and high rate battery represents the charging and discharging capacity of the battery compared with ordinary rate battery. So have you understood? In fact, the large rate battery is a kind of battery with particularly strong charging and discharging capacity. This large rate battery can be used in many places, such as plant protection drones, car models, etc. What are the characteristics of high rate batteries?
Most consumer applications only need 1C batteries. If you need higher discharge rate and faster charging time, then high rate batteries are the ideal choice. With the development of various industries, higher discharge rate and faster charging are required for batteries, which in turn promotes the technology improvement and application of high rate lithium batteries.
1. It has the characteristics of excellent high current discharge performance, sufficient explosive force, high discharge platform, good cycle life, etc;
2. The discharge rate can meet the requirements of continuous discharge at 150C, 45C and rapid charging at 5C;
3. It has high energy density and adopts lamination process. Because of its small internal resistance, it is more conducive to multiple charge and discharge, and has high efficiency output performance;
4. Provide higher discharge rate, up to 45C, better temperature stability during discharge, controlled within 65 ℃, to prevent overheating and damage;
5. With ultra-thin characteristics, the battery is small in size and extremely light in weight, and can be made into special-shaped batteries of various shapes and capacities, with a thickness of 0.45mm.
2. Temperature characteristics

It can be seen that under various ambient temperatures, when the charging capacity is close to 75% of the nominal capacity, the battery voltage will rise due to the oxygen generated by the anode plate. When the charging capacity reaches 100% of the rated capacity, the battery voltage will reach the maximum value. Subsequently, due to the self heating of the battery, the battery voltage decreases. The reason for this is that the battery voltage has a negative temperature coefficient. Since the charging efficiency depends on temperature, the discharge capacity of the battery will decrease when charging at a higher temperature.
