  1. The charging operation of lithium battery is divided into two stages. The first stage is charging the constant-current power battery. When the voltage of the lithium battery is lower than V, the charging head will use the constant current power supply to charge the lithium battery. The second stage is the constant current source lithium battery charging link. When the battery voltage reaches V, due to the nature of lithium batteries, if the operating voltage is higher, it will be destroyed. The charging head will fix the operating voltage at V, and the current will slowly decrease. When the current decreases to a certain value (generally 110 of the set current), the charging power circuit of the lithium battery will be disconnected, and the charging display lamp of the lithium battery will blink. Excessive charging of the lithium battery will cause permanent damage to the positive and negative electrodes. Excessive charging and discharging will lead to the collapse of the structure of the negative carbon sheet, so that the lithium ion battery cannot be inserted into the battery charging process; Battery overcharging results in too many lithium-ion batteries being placed in negative carbon structures, some of which cannot be released again.

Therefore, protection equipment must monitor lithium battery voltage. When the rechargeable battery overcharges the operating voltage of the battery, the overcharge protection function is activated and the battery charging is terminated. Overcharge and discharge maintenance: In order to better avoid the overcharge and discharge of lithium battery, when the working voltage of lithium battery is lower than the detection point of its overcharge and discharge working voltage, stimulate the overcharge and discharge maintenance, terminate the charge and discharge, and charge battery to maintain the shutdown mode of low static data current. Overcurrent and overcurrent protection: When the charging and discharging current of lithium battery is too large or short circuit fault occurs, the protection device will activate the overcurrent protection function.
