(10) The expansion of the battery drum exceeds 110% of the original size (special thickness).
3、 Integral battery
(1) Initial voltage: 3.8v-4.1v powered by new battery; The battery stored for more than 6 months shall be charged at 100% of the factory voltage of the new battery. Refer to the operating instructions of the battery integration tester.
(2) Overcurrent protection: refer to the confirmation parameters and operating instructions of the battery integrated tester
(3) Internal resistance: refer to the confirmation letter parameters and operating instructions of the battery integrated tester
(4) Capacity: refer to the confirmation letter, not less than the nominal capacity. The test method is lithium ion battery capacity test. After 6-12 months of storage, the battery capacity is ≥ 90%.
4、 Performance of protective electronic board
(1) Overcharge protection voltage: refer to the confirmation parameters and operating instructions of the protection board tester;
(2) Overdischarge protection voltage: refer to confirmation signal and operation manual of protection board tester;
(3) Overcurrent protection: refer to confirmation letter parameters and operation manual of protection board tester;
(4) Internal resistance: refer to the confirmation letter parameters and the operating instructions of the shield tester;
(5) Power consumption current: refer to the confirmation parameters and instructions of the shield tester;
(6) Whether 0V can be charged: confirm signal parameters and shielding tester instructions;
