　　1、 Check the packaging and label of lithium polymer battery

　　(2) The outer packing box shall be marked with the supplier name, production date, OK label, specification and model, material code, product color, quantity, etc. The name of the incoming material shall be consistent with the system material number.

　　2、 Check the appearance and size of lithium polymer battery

　　(1) The appearance of the battery shall be free of deformation, leakage, scratch and burst, and the welding ends of positive and negative conductors shall be free of oxidation and tin plating;

　　(2) Encapsulation of insulating tape: the color shall be consistent with the sample, and the wrapped conductor shall not be exposed;

　　(3) Color of positive and negative electrode leads: the size shall be determined according to the specification confirmation letter and the reference seal sample;

　　(4) Safety space of positive and negative electrode leads: according to the size of the specification confirmation letter and the reference seal sample, 360 ° torsion, no short circuit;

　　(5) Wire diameter and immersion wire length: confirm according to the specification and size, and refer to the sealed sample;

　　(6) IC specification on the protection plate: refer to the IC model in the instruction manual and the label on the seal sample:

　　(7) Spraying battery code | The font of spraying battery code is inconsistent with the sample; The spraying code content is inconsistent with the sample; The font is not clear, and there is a lack of painting, or even painting;

　　(8) Battery size: specification confirmation and reference sample size;

　　(9) Length: confirm that the size exceeds ± 5mm according to the specification and reference sample size;

　　(10) The expansion of the battery drum exceeds 110% of the original size (special thickness).

　　3、 Integral battery

　　(1) Initial voltage: 3.8v-4.1v powered by new battery; The battery stored for more than 6 months shall be charged at 100% of the factory voltage of the new battery. Refer to the operating instructions of the battery integration tester.

　　(2) Overcurrent protection: refer to the confirmation parameters and operating instructions of the battery integrated tester

　　(3) Internal resistance: refer to the confirmation letter parameters and operating instructions of the battery integrated tester

　　(4) Capacity: refer to the confirmation letter, not less than the nominal capacity. The test method is lithium ion battery capacity test. After 6-12 months of storage, the battery capacity is ≥ 90%.

　　4、 Performance of protective electronic board

　　(1) Overcharge protection voltage: refer to the confirmation parameters and operating instructions of the protection board tester;

　　(2) Overdischarge protection voltage: refer to confirmation signal and operation manual of protection board tester;

　　(3) Overcurrent protection: refer to confirmation letter parameters and operation manual of protection board tester;

　　(4) Internal resistance: refer to the confirmation letter parameters and the operating instructions of the shield tester;

　　(5) Power consumption current: refer to the confirmation parameters and instructions of the shield tester;

　　(6) Whether 0V can be charged: confirm signal parameters and shielding tester instructions;
