Lithium battery storage requirements

　　(1) Lithium batteries can be stored on three-dimensional shelves according to the technical requirements of the product itself, which is conducive to cost control and the use of storage space. (2) Lithium battery storage should avoid deformation caused by stacking and extrusion, or damage of battery products resulting in leakage. (3) The lithium battery shall not be stored in a place exposed to direct sunlight or rain. If the battery is exposed to rain, the insulation resistance will decrease, and self discharge and chlorination may occur. The temperature rises and then damages the normal function of the battery. (4) Use packaging that meets the requirements of safe storage or transportation, such as wooden boxes, corrugated boxes, or PVG boxes, to maximize the safety of goods storage. (5) Avoid friction, collision, throwing and other behaviors caused by field operation to the greatest extent, avoid combustion, explosion and other accidents, and conduct corresponding isolation operations. (6) Formulate various emergency plans for lithium battery accidents, and conduct routine drills if conditions permit. 3、 Other requirements (1) The warehouse management personnel shall closely monitor the status of lithium battery goods in the warehouse area every day and conduct corresponding routine safety inspection to eliminate the fire accidents caused by the spontaneous combustion of lithium battery goods or other factors. (2) The safe passage in the warehouse shall be kept unblocked, and there shall be no accumulation, so as to ensure the safety of personnel evacuation and goods evacuation. (3) The classified planning area of goods in the warehouse shall be clearly marked, in which the materials shall be stored in different areas by classification and clearly marked. (4) Clean and tidy up the warehouse area every day, timely clean up the dirt and sundries on the ground, and tidy up the materials in the warehouse to the designated area to meet the requirements of neat, orderly, clean, hygienic and reasonable placement.
