Some batteries have internal open circuits, manifested as voltage but no current in the battery, and the entire vehicle has power and the motor does not rotate. If the vehicle is normal after replacing a new set of batteries, it is a problem with the battery.
3、 Charger green light does not switch
When charging, the green light of the charger does not switch. If the green light of the charger is on when it is empty, it is usually caused by a lack of water or dilute sulfuric acid inside the battery. After opening the upper cover of the battery, unscrew the one-way valve or safety valve, and inject an appropriate amount of specialized replenishment solution (5ml~8ml) into the battery. Charging for 6-10 hours can switch.
4、 Short range of new energy vehicles
1) Check if there is a problem with the battery, and if there is no problem, proceed to the next item.
2) Check if the no-load current and operating current of the entire vehicle are too large. The no-load current should not exceed 1.2 amperes, and the operating current should not exceed 7.5 amperes when driving on a load of 500kg, a speed of 40km/h, and a flat cement or asphalt road surface. If the above situation occurs, replace the controller or motor for retesting.
3) If there are no issues with the above, a road test is required.
