Cylindrical lithium battery

　　The popular lithium battery packages at this stage mainly include cylindrical, square and soft bags. Different packages and packaging structures represent different characteristics. What are the differences between them? The following is an introduction by my professional and technical personnel.

　　1. The battery appearance is different: the square lithium battery can be of any size, which is incomparable to the cylindrical battery.

　　2. The multiple characteristics are different: the welding process of the cylindrical lithium battery multipole lug is limited, so the multiple characteristics are slightly weaker than the square multipole lug plan.

　　3. Charging and discharging service platform: the same battery cathode material, cathode material and lithium battery electrolyte are used, so the charging and discharging service platform is the same in theory, but the internal resistance of square battery is slightly superior, so the charging and discharging service platform is slightly higher.

　　4. Product quality: The process of cylindrical lithium battery is very perfect, the probability of public ownership secondary segmentation of the pole piece is low, and the rewinder process requires a higher life cycle and intelligent level than the lamination process. At this stage, the laminating process is still semi manual. The production method is harmful to the quality of the battery.

　　5. Electrode welding of lug: the lug of cylindrical lithium battery is easier to weld than the lug of square lithium battery, and the square lithium battery is easy to cause desoldering, which will endanger the battery quality.

　　6. PACK assembly: Cylindrical batteries are relatively more practical, so the PACK plan is simple, and the heat removal effect is very good. When square batteries are PACKed, the problem of heat removal should be handled well.

　　7. Structural characteristics: The organic chemical energy at the edge of the square battery is weak, and the characteristics of the battery after long-term application are significantly reduced.

　　In a word, whether it is cylindrical battery, square battery or soft battery, they can develop rapidly at this stage, because they are good at their main uses.
